UK Delivery
Delivery to addresses WITHIN THE UK (including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) is FREE OF CHARGE up to the value of £600. Order of £601 and more are subject to a £15.00 UK delivery & insurance fee, overseas orders to a £20.00 delivery & insurance fee. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. In the event that there is no one available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the courier will have a card informing you that he has attempted to make a delivery with a contact telephone number - please call to arrange another delivery time. At this point the goods become your responsibility.
Smaller orders and single items may be despatched by Royal Mail first class standard post at our discretion. In these circumstances a proof of posting will be retained.
Worldwide Delivery The cost of delivery anywhere OUTSIDE THE UK is £3.50 for goods not exceeding the value of £30.00 and £4.50 for goods with a value greater than £30.00. Please see above (UK Delivery) for fees over £601.00. We deliver to most destinations worldwide and non-UK delivery is via “International Signed For”, depending on the destination country. A signature is required upon receipt of the goods. In the event that there is no one available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the courier will have a card informing you that he has attempted to make a delivery with a contact telephone number - please call to arrange another delivery time. At this point the goods become your responsibility.

Availability and Dispatch Subject to credit card security checks and stock availability orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received over the weekend are usually dispatched the following Monday Once dispatched orders to most addresses within the UK are usually delivered on the following working day, but please allow up to five working days for delivery. Orders to non-UK addresses will take an average of 3-10 working days to arrive depending on postal services to that destination. Please note that WE DO NOT DELIVER to PO boxes, mail drop boxes or forwarding addresses of any kind.
Out of Stock Items If an item is out of stock dispatch may take slightly longer. Sometimes we have to place out of stock items on back order, and depending on the supplier this can typically mean a delay of around 2-7 days. You can track your order's progress at any time by simply e-mailing our team at sales@accessoriesformen.co.uk. Whilst we will always try our best to keep delays to a minimum for you we are dependent on 3rd party suppliers and, alas, we have no control over their delivery schedules.
On very rare occasions suppliers have been known to discontinue items without telling us first. Although this is extremely rare we will let you know if we are unable to fulfill your order and you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative product.
Damaged/Faulty Goods for Return We obviously do our best to ensure that every product shipped is of 100% quality. If you should receive a damaged or faulty item please return to us at the below address with a covering letter outlining damage/fault. Please ensure you put your order number and contact details clearly on your letter so that we can arrange a product exchange/refund. All goods have a 30 day guarantee and certain products have a 2 year manufacturers warranty - please ask our team for more details.

For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service. We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
